The news is downplaying it but Rahm Emanual has been subpoenaed in the Blagojevich case. Maybe Blago thinks his best defense is to drag the Chief of Staff of Comrade Obama into the light of day. You can't help but dislike Blago despite his desperate attempt for redemption on Celebrity Apprentice. No one likes Rahm. He is not a likeable sort. So if Barack thinks the whole Blago case will help to bring down his presidency he extricates Rahm from the proceedings for "national security" reasons and has the Illinois judiciary give Blago some suspended sentence. Is that how this is going to play out? Barack go get dirty in the gulf. Pretend you care. Just because you don't eat oysters and crawdads doesn't mean you can ignore the situation. Lord Abott probably shorted BP and will be the big winner out of this mess. I still want to see the ad with Barack and Brett Favre in hip boots in the gulf waters. God bless America.
