In fact,

Hi Larry,

Watch the GOP primary in PA-08. Gloria Carlineo may pull off the upset against Fitzpatrick.

I see a lot of similarities between Rubio-Crist in Florida and Carlineo-Fitzpatrick in the 8th District. Crist and Fitzpatrick are both RINOs and have the support of a Republican establishment that is out of touch with normal people - and both are taking 180 degree turns on issues to accommodate the current political environment. Rubio and Carlineo come from humble beginnings, they have been very involved in the Republican Party but not so much so that you would call them insiders, and both strongly benefit from a tea party-inspired uprising against politics as usual from Rupublicans and Democrats.

I am a fan of both Rubio and Carlineo and believe they will both win their primaries.

Larry,

I would really recommend that you not put the cart before the horse. Fitzpatrick is going to have a very serious primary challenge in Gloria Carlineo. Just because he has "money" and support of the "establishment GOP" doesn't mean that he will be able to overcome his voting record and having been already defeated by Murphy. The people of the 8th Congressional district are sick and tired of business as usual. Do you readers and viewers a favor and interview Gloria to see just how formidable she will be. Even the Republican Congressional Committee has accepted her into their Young Guns program. As I have gathered signatures for her (hundreds on my own), I can tell you that their is not a whole lot of love for your boy Fitzpatrick and a lot less for Patrick Murphy.

Ed, Eddie, Edward! I know deep down you really like and admire me. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

But be more creative, like:
"I just wipped myself with a NY Times after pinching a huge loaf behind a tree in central park, and then watched a squirel feast on it, because even my waste is rich and appetizing to all creatures great and small"

Surprised Larry doesn't comment on Olympics, they are quite good this year, and American's are really cleaning up with medals. The extremity and atheticism is beyond anything the world has ever seen. It seems they are pushing to the point of human limitation, hard to imagine some of these feats being topped in the future.

How about all of those innocent Afgans getting killed, is this offensive worth it? Where the F- is Osama? If Obama gets him he gets relected. He's wasting so much personal capital on heathcare, its hard to believe such a smart guy could be so stupid

Ed you insufferable nincompoop. I rule this domain and you are merely a subject of my feudal dominance. What I say goes and I say auvior to you. I say this as I am sitting on my park bench in Rittenhouse Square. The accomodations here aren't as nice as Central Park but at least I get to read old copies of the Inquirer as I also use them as as a blanket. Goodnight Ed

larry, I have nothing to say. I know I used to plead for you to change your posts more often but from what I've read lately you should spend more time researching your topics. Other than your Beatles' promotions you have nothing to say either. "Brown goes blue" what hogwash. And those people who died in hospitals, Larry, that's where people do die Larry. I'm not even going to address the Bucks county race. Nobody cares Larry. The election is months away if not longer. Where are the sock puppets! This site is dead, well at least Larry has driven away Lord Abbot, that big bag of hot air.

Glenn Beck almost died in a hospital when they sought to treat his hemmorhoids and ended up removing most of his brain by accident. And that's why he thinks the healthcare system is great.

Brown will prove to be another one of the endangered New England variety of progressive Republicans like Collins or Snowe or Whitman. Steele, Limbaugh, Tea Party Central Tinfoil Hat Distribution will all attack him soon enough as a traitor.

"This is a frightening report, and is further proof that if you are in a hospital, be assertive, ask questions, and most of all, demand a clean and careful environment."

Larry, that is good advice.I'm scheduled for a minor procedure next week & I was going to go all Mother Theresa & demand a dirty room but I've changed my mind because of your column. Thanks again.
