PALIN – CAN’T TAKE THE HEAT
Sarah Palin can’t take the heat. So she’s leaving office. It’s fairly obvious that the allegedly brazen Alaskan Governor is thin skinned, and hates the published, broadcast and political attacks on her. Can’t blame her. It’s been vicious. But that’s the price you pay for public life. It’s hard to say what will happen in the long run, but her hopes for the Presidency have been damaged. She will always be viewed as a quitter. It is unheard of for someone to give up a Governor’s seat because they are sensitive. After all, she’s got 18 months left. She was elected for four years, but served two and a half. It’s interesting that love Governor Mark Sanford is fighting to keep his job in the swirl of scandal. There is no scandal surrounding Palin, but she is walking away, on her own.

The latest THREAT from Iran is a sign of the desperation and fear of the hard-line Iranian regime. The threat to put imprisoned members of the British Embassy staff on trial is a clear signal that the hard liners fear for their power, and are being inspired by groups of mad men who want to take the west to the brink.
This latest threat, although frightening, could be part of the game playing of a sick regime. But it has to be taken seriously. I will tell you this: If Iran puts the embassy workers on trial, sanctions will elevate and there will be real possibility of military action.
THE I-95 QUESTION
Memories are short in this town. Some city planners are thinking about cutting off a piece of the expressway, forcing people to detour on to Delaware Avenue. in hopes of creating a mecca for public life in the Columbus Avenue corridor. That’s exactly where we were back in the 70’s. when political opposition left the highway closed for that same section, and caused some of the greatest traffic nightmares in Philadelphia history. The idea has its merits, but how about improving the waterfront area without disturbing the flow of traffic.
Can you imagine the traffic nightmare after a Phillies or Eagles game?

If I paid good money to sit by the pool and relax at my swim club and all of the sudden sixty five young kids took over the place I would be a little upset myself. Can you imagine the noise and confusion created by such an invasion? My first reaction would be to complain. Since they happened to be black would add to my surprise, but that’s not my complaint. I would have confronted management with threats of leaving the club, thus the panicked reaction of the club manager. Lose membership or get rid of the kids and return $1900 to the organization. Families pay $700 a year to belong to the pool so it was a no brainer. The whole thing got blown out of proportion.

I was hoping that Chester or Audenreide high schools would open their doors for summer swimming opportunities, but those pools have already been vanadelized so badly they cannot be used, why is that Mr Vice president? Is it because the tax payers didnt pay enough for security after they built these beautiful pools, or did white people ruin the pools? There are not even operable public toilets in Chester high, and it’s only a matter of weeks before the new Audenreid school will have to close their bathrooms. We need 24/7 police to keep the toilets flowing, please invite us to the suburbs so we can swim and go to the bathroom in a safe environment at the expense of generous guilty liberals.

As ole’ Uncle Jesse from Dukes of Hazard would say, them Valley Swim Club Board of Directors are in “for a whole heap of trouble” since for starters government investigations have been launched and ambulance chaser law firms are lining up.
Lawsuits have actually already been filed such as the one by Mildenberg and Stalbaum P.C. Law firm, on behalf of a mother whose four children who were booted from the “liberal whites only” pool.
The President of the Valley Swim Club John Duesler said he and his family are receiving hate email and phone calls to his home. After the incident he commented that the reason the black campers were tossed was that they would “change the complexion of the club” and they couldn’t come back. Wow.
But the most telling comment Duesler made was that “this is a terrible misrepresentation of everything I stand for”. You see what Duesler and the overwhelming majority of white Huntingdon Valley residents stand for is liberal policies. The district rolled up huge numbers for President Obama in last year’s election.
But as is the case with liberals, all of the social programs, the taxes and the redistribution is fine and dandy as long as it’s in someone else’s backyard. The elitist liberals of Huntingdon Valley may talk a good liberal game, but now that real socialist redistribution is showing up in their own pool they are quickly learning that everything they stand for is really nothing but phony liberal hypocrisy. As I alluded, the fun isn’t over, and as law firms salivate with dollar signs, brother is about to sue brother in feel good liberal Huntingdon Valley, PA!
The decades long patronization by the Valley Swim Club types has not only created an over sensitivity in many African Americans, but their ‘do as I say, not as I live’ ideology has also caused a lot of pain to those young campers. The liberal parents of the white children who made racial comments are the same hypocrites who like to parade and flaunt their diversity credentials any chance they get. However, when it became time to actually have their children mix with people of color their little rainbow charade was obviously all talk. You see to these people liberal emotions are one thing, actually sharing the pool is quite another.
It’s no wonder that many African Americans are beginning to realize all of this as evidenced by the success of websites and organizations such as RagingElephant.com. The slogan of these true African-American patriots is “leading the second emancipation”. They realize that the goal of the Left is to keep them in chains to be used only when votes are needed to grow their Statist powerbase.
Real emancipation, which is slowed dramatically by the likes of ACORN and fake whites, will arrive only when African-Americans realize that elitist liberals such as those at Valley Swim Club are one big racist, elitist fraud.

Larry , looking forward to your change in topics. Don’t give me the swim club issue because I wouldn’t want 65 intercity black kids descending on my pool either. I once worked in Phila during the ’80s delivering Frito Lays. My territory included West and North Phila. Kids in those neighborhoods constantly broke into my truck and stole my merchandise. On Girard Ave kids would jump on trucks driving through and open the back door and throw out onto the streets the trucks contents. It was a zoo then and I can only imagine what those kids are like today.
