Will Osama Bin Laden Show Up On Indiana TV? And Maybe Jimmy Carter Can Talk Him Into Surrendering
Pennsylvania is over, and now the focus shifts to Indiana and North Carolina. In a a year of high drama and non-stop excitement, every state seems a must win for Hillary Clinton who impressively won the Keystone state in a contest accentuated by vicious campaign tactics by both sides.
Clinton was also the first Presidential candidate to insert 9/11 in the campaign, not the Rudy G. take on 9/11 but the insinuation that she can stand up to the monster. The commercial, featuring Osama Bin Lade ,in the final hours of the hotly disputed contest, has already been taken on by the New York Times, among others. I look at it this way: all is fair in love and politics. But if you are going to dish it out, get ready for “incoming.” Don’t be surprised if the Obama camp starts rehashing the Clinton years, the good, the average, and the ugly. On Monday, Bill Clinton, in an actual radio station recording, said that the Obama campaign had played the race card against him. Later he denied that, and got dissed off at a reporter who reminded him that he actually said it.
My advice to Senator Clinton. Keep Bill in the backdrop. He is dangerous to the success of your campaign.
To Obama, a message: Don’t complain about debate questions or anything as ridiculous as Curious George asking you about lapel pins. Stay on message, and remember that the best way to get even with interviewers is to keep silent. Curious George, sho may have stepped over the line, will only notice when you restrict your appearances to Face The Nation!
A final note. Now that Hillary has brought Osama Bin Laden into her commercials, I have a thought. Why not send the globe-trottiing, self-serving Former President Jimmy Carter to the mountainous region of Pakistan to find Osama and talk him into surrendering. Mr. Carter, who has become ornery in his twilight years, might actually get Bin Laden to give up. Carter has a sensitive side. He likes to meet murderous terrorists, like the Hamas killers, even though his government asked him not to. The 39th President would have gone crazy if some goofy ex-President defied his wishes. But now, we might have an opportunity. Carter can’t see the difference between natural-born killers who were given land for peace, and responded with missiles. So now we should send him to search for Bin Laden, and bring him back, alive.

Helloooooooooo, Larry.
it’s jack jack russell,it’s 3 am and we are celebrating Hillary’s BIG WIN in a BIG STATE,we are passing shots of jack daniels black bourbon ten shots for ten points to mark the occasion, with the stereo blasting ain’t no stopping us now, by mcfadden and whitehead, and aint and yes you can can, by the pointer sisters it’s quite a scene man.
Larry you don’t sound to happy, and we are still waiting for your interview with Hillary, this victory should have been even higher 14-15 points win, if the black voters would have took the context of the candidate instead of the color of the candidate into consideration 92 percent to 8 percent is very dissapointing, thanks god for mayor Nutter for going showing courage to go with the better candidate, and the great gov.Rendell who took hit after hit.
Hillary has guts and toughness that i have never seen from any politician now i hope those super delegates show some guts and do the ‘right thing’.
Larry i quess the ‘biased media experts’will tone down there expert opinions for a couple days.
barry obama out spent her by over 3 to 1
and she still cleaned his clock,on that note i will send my economic stimulus check $1200 directly to Hillary to continue the momentum and march to the whitehouse.
Larry there’s no worry about Hillary taking a punch she been under fire for 15 years by the bias media and she dish it out like know other,Hillary is the real life rocky and has the eye of the tiger,I would not want to be in a dog fight with Hillary.
And Larry don’t worry Hillary will capture osama bin laden without a doubt, when she gets the keys to white house in november.
GOD BLESS LARRT KANE-GOD BLESS HILLARY CLINTON AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!
Pat your girl did it again!!another BIG WIN,i guess all the ‘Hillary haters’ will have a ‘Hillary hangover’ this morning, like i told Larry i am send my economic stimulus check right to Hillary to help her get to the whitehouse ,and hopefully the super delegates show some guts and ‘do the right thing’,
Hillary has won all the BIG STATES (except obama’s home state) calif/ohio/texas/ny/nj/penna/mich/fla.
quite impressive don’t you think pat?
of course most of the bias media will still want to kick her out of the race but voters are tuning them out,Hillary has to beat obama and the bias media.
to birdbrain,oj,cakey,mq and leo, leo, leo and the rest of the obamanites barry obama is another john kerry, please wake up and smell the coffee and get on the Hillary Bandwagon!!
Congrats and proppers to Mr Jack Russell, I’m sure he’s not awake yet, but what a night! I can’t wait to see Obama and Hillary kill each other with a thousand cuts, hopefully McCain capitalizes on all this. Larry, we know you support Obama and are working on a book about your interview with him, but I don’t think it will be the “When I met BHO” memoir you think it’s going to be. The Brown Bomber lost his mo-jo last night. It’s Guns and Religion Stupid!
Larry, on the day after the Pennsylvania Primary you turn the attention to OBL, Jimmy Carter and Indiana? Where is your perspective on what just happened here?
1) Hillary lives to breath another day
2) Obama is exposed yet again in a big state
3) The numbers still lead to an Obama nomination
4) The Clintons will use every dirty trick imaginable to steal the nomination away from Obama
5) NC and IN will be hotly reported but provide no definitive result
6) It all comes down to the Superdelegates and the convention.
7) Superdelegates go to highest bidder - Obama has more cash
Bill’s finger-wagging lie yesterday reminded me that he did not have sex with that woman. Bill hurt the party with that, and now Hillary is up to the same. Her win here was expected. She managed to see about 10% of her support disappear in the weeks leading up to the election. So it doesn’t mean much other than that she’ll continue. Her campaign is already deficit spending (she’s got $10 million of debt), and as the NY Times points out, she’s tarnishing herself and Obama by keeping this Quixotic quest up. She cannot catch him in pledged delegates. It’s virtually impossible for her to catch him in the popular vote. And he’s polling much better nationally among Democrats. Meanwhile, she hasn’t run any races against McCain, so her claim that a Democrat can’t win a big state against McCain holds no water. With any luck, Obama victories in Indiana and North Carolina will lead to even more superdelegates declaring support for him. (He even picked one up last night after the results were announced.) Funny that there was no tidal wave of support among superdelegates for Hillary. That shows just what the party elders think of this stunt she’s pulling to the detriment of the party’s chances of winning this fall, and it shows that the Pennsylvania primary was nowhere near as conclusive as she seems to believe.
BTW, JR, didn’t you get the memo? It’s supposed to be Crown Royal Canadian whiskey shots. You know, for political aristocracy and for support of NAFTA.
jack russell,Way to go jack. Our girl showed them she will be the best president because she has guts and can go toe to toe with the world leaders, unlike her opponet who would invite them to tea,
Larry,I believe that Jimmey Carter has lost his mind and should not be allowed to leave the country,he must think he is still president.
Ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha, ha-ha.
So much for your favorite guy winning PA. He may still get the nomination but McCain will clean his clock in the GE. BTW, how come there is no mention of the racist vote among African Americans? Oh that’s right, we can’t talk about that.
pat-barry obama and john kerry having tea party, you nailed it.lolol.
leo,leo,leo,-all that spin is making us dizzy, and i was out of crown royal.
george-you’re right Larry was not happy with last nights results.
oooj-i tried to touch on the black vote in a pc way.
it’s not safe to drink and blog just kidding.
pat-that was a funny line, jimmy carter should go home and enjoy his golden years before it’s to late, hey jimma wake up and smell the coffee.
JR, if stating facts is “spin,” then I guess I’m “spinning.” The reality remains that reality has an anti-Hillary bias.
All this angst & come November,Johnny Boy is gonna cruise.Cruise.
So Hillary lost half of her 20 point advantage. Surely the boy wonder couldn’t have done that, so it must have been people turning away from Clinton. Wherever she goes, her numbers go down. The only thing that made her win bigger in Ohio was that there wasn’t as much time for voters to turn away from her. And tell me again how the candidate in second place in the popular vote, second place in delegates and a distant second in money is the better candidate. Finally, what has Clinton ever foight for besides herself? If she were to become President, it would be a close victory with no spike in the Congressional majorities. She’ll be in no position to risk fighting for anybody because she’ll immediately be in the position of trying to hold on to the Democratic majorities, which the CLintons actually lost once before. If anything, you would actually wind up with four more years of George Bush with either McCain or Clinton in office, and the young people who turned out for Obama know that. If Clinton did get the nomination, it would be the party bosses leapfrogging her over Obama (whom she trails in every measure) and many of the newly motivated Democratic voters (like me, I switched) will just stay home and watch as Limbaugh, Rove et al tear Clinton apart.
It amazes me that the Clinton supporters believe their own spin. Now I’m obviously an Obama Supporter, but I have my eyes oopen. He’s a liberal. He’s green. I don’t like his (or hers) health care ideas (but I don’t worry about either one getting them implemented). But he has motivated the kind of voters who don’t respond to the smear and fear politics of the last twenty years that have paralyzed this nation, and have done us far more damage than any liberal could have done. If Clinton wins, and it will be because she gets selected rather than elected (sound familiar) the next four years will go to waste.
steve mg-hopefully the superdelegates show the same courage and ‘do the right thing’ Hillary has courage with a never quit toughness after being out spent 4 to one and obama getting 92 percent of the black state vote and having to beat obama and the bias media, she still whipped him by double digits, there’s no doubt Hillary can beat mccain and the rightwingers donot want to tangle with Hill and Bill they never beat them.
so spin it anyway you want my freind, obama and michelle are not that endearing to the middle class americans and will be lucky to get the nod, because Hillary will be bring the Heat!it’s not too late for the dems to wake up smell the coffee,(not cafe latte or a cup of tea the drinks of kerry and obama).
Here’s a good and even-handed analysis of the situation. Hillary stands no chance.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robert-creamer/last-night-clinton-won-th_b_98165.html
Also, in final results her lead was only about 8.5%, not double digits. She failed to do what she needed to do in the last place where she could do it.
Jack , I think you’re taking the middle class for granted a little bit. If Clinton is selected by the supers over the popular vote and pledged delegate count, MILLIONS of voters will turn off. Beyond that, I have a question for you. What has Hillary Clinton ever fought for besides herself? I mentioned above that I am aware of Obama’s youth. So I have two candidates here. One has turned to face his scandals, for example when he made that speech in response to the crazy reverend. The other has blown her scandals off: “I was sleep deprived.” In Obama’s case the reverend shows no sign of having brainwashed Obama into some sort of maniac. In Clinton’s case, she made that bogus story key to her CinC crediblity, and did it repeatedly. One has shown the courage to face his problems and one hasn’t. One hasn’t been in service long enough to have a track record of fighting for his constituents, and the other has decades of fighting for what? I’m willing to have the courage to take a leap rather than vote for somebody who will bring me four more years of nothing.
leo, please please please stop the spinning, face the facts,Hillary beat obama like a rented mule,he outspent her by 4 to one and has the bias media campaigning for him and she still whipped him, please stop the spinning you’re making obama look bad.
It’s a simple question, Jack: What has Hillary Clinton ever fought for?
Leo-You’re really into that Huffington Post dawg. What does moveon.org say ?
Jack, only by your math could spending of $11 million to more than $5 million be “4 to 1.”
YBP, I haven’t checked Moveon.org. But facts are facts, no matter where they’re reported, including the source that brought us the anti-Obama “Bittergate.”
JR, also, you might want to chose a metaphor other than whipping. You’re showing Clinton supporter tacit racism.
Leo-What’s with the YBP ? Second request.
leo-that is a boxing term, probably something you donot know about,of course Hillary has the eye of the tiger just like rocky balboa or philly’s joe frazier, what is racist is 92 percent of the black state vote for obama because of his race and he still was beat like a rented mule(is that better?),you can’t play the race card with jack russell it wont work,if your are afraid of Hillary get a dog,
spin, spin, spin,it’s going to be a loooong two weeks for you leo and the obamanites.
Ah,J.R.,I think the Penquin’s announcer copyrighted that “he beat him like a rented mule ” term.
yap-ok i wont say ‘he was beat like a rented mule’,i am sure leo will let us know he is full of the ‘facts’.lolol
Steve, JR is a programmed robot. No questions answered.
I think it’s clear that Jack thinks everything is spinning because he drank too much of the Clinton Kool-Aid last night. And then he puked up a shot because she only won by 9 points, not 10, and because Jack is always fair and honest, just like Hillary.
Guys,
You will wear yourselves out trying to debate with JR. He just keeps repeating the SOS. He doesn’t answer or reply, he just responds with the SOS.
Was that JR in Rocky Balboa’s corner in the first Rocky movies? Has anyone ever seen JR and Burgess Meredith in the same room? Has anyone ever seen Bill and Hill in the same room.
Remember the “L” word.
B. Clinton: “I did not have sexual relations with that Jack Russell.”
Jack Russell: “It was heaven.”
“Steve, JR is a programmed robot. No questions answered.”
Just like Larry. Unaccountable. Says anything he wants.
Hey, I resent that as much as Jack Russell resents me.
Larry,i knew the Hillary Haters would have a Hillary Hangover,it’s going to be a looooong two weeks for the obmanites ,see you in indiana, because penna.is Clinton country.
obamanites please stop the whining it makes obama look bad,’The Tide Is Turning’ ten million in one day Wow,hopefully the super delegates show some courage and ‘do the right thing’.
there’s some funny comments i can take it just like Hillary (the big state winner).
I’m the real champ and no one forget that!
How cool IS this? Larry, your blog is kindasorta lika microcosm of society with the supporters of Baraq Husayn ‘Ubama and Hillary Rodham Clinton duking it out while the next President of the United States, the Honorable Senator from the Great State of Arizona, John McCain can move about the country setting prescribed, controlled burns rather than have to fight the maelstrom that surely would have ensued had the Democrat Party been unified early - keep it going until Augu, Kids! It is nice to watch from the sidelines!
God Bless America!
Joe-I hear ya but should expect attacks soon from L.B.,The Rev & Birdflewover.Democracy in action.
Yes, we wouldn’t want to forget the Manchurian Candidate, YBP.
Y’know, Yankee Air Pirate, it is kinda comical to me to read the nonsensical discourse that occurs on this blog - mostly by people so ‘lost’ in teir little world, with no clue about what actually happens outside of the United States, let alone the five-county area. Fortunately for me, I ‘escaped’ when I was 17 years old and have lived a woderful life in many parts of the world 9thanks to 20-year career in the Army), including my current stint in Afghanistan (as a contractor for the Department of Defense)! Take care and God Bless!

Joe Mcdermott every month or so you you chime mostly to tell every body you have a great career and a wonderful life in another part of the world,in other words you like to blow your own horn.
For you to belittle Larry and his bloggers is low class and cheap, we know everyone loves you over there and you can play with the kids,go blow your horn to to your friends if you have any,if it makes you feel better I’ll send you a care package.
Fred has a terrier sound to his bark, doesn’t he?
Jack Russell — It seems that you are a blog star. Your sarcasm is fantastic, but when you get this big Jack, the other bloggers view you as a target
The price of fame.
Sorry I have not responded to all this but I’ve been a little overloaded.
And, agree or not, I do appreciate all the input from you liberals, conservatives, moderates, blue collar , white collar, black and white and hispanic writers.
And one more thing — keep dishing it out. As Joey Vento would say, “This is America.”
Fred’s bark is more like an annoyin toy poodle than any terrier! I am not out to toot my own horn - I am proud of my service to my country and I am blessed that I can continue to contribute in a positive way to the Global War on Terror.
I have never belittled Larry Kane - I am a huge fan and have been since his early days on Action News - hower, there is a host of local yokels out there in the blogosphere taking cheap shots at Mr. Kane - so lean on them about that. I have nothing but respect for Larry for providing this vehicle for people to sound-off with (even IF they do not have a clue). THAT’S what makes this country great!
Oh, by the way, I am very good at what I do. I have the respect of my Company and my Miitary Customer. I have a lifetime of serice to the United States of America that I am very proud of. I expect that I will continue make a positive contribution so that blowhards like some on this blog do not have to.
God Bless America!
Joe Mc,
You have no reason to apologize to folks like “Fred” who have never served their country and don’t appreciate those that have. The vast majority of people in this country truly recognize and appreciate the service of our soldiers and veterans. Truth be told, “Fred” should be apologizing to you.
Larry, you have become The Phantom of the Blog-era. Are you wearing your mask? Welcome back if you are truly back for real.
Larry, JR has not become a blog star as you suggest. Rather, he has become a target for abuse with his shameless support of HRC and tireless bashing of all other candidates. Perhaps he should change his moniker to ‘Jack Daniels’ after post-primary exuberances the other night… or visit a chapter of AA.
