John Mark Carr is just a pedophile who has an obsession with JonBenet Ramsey. He probably had many fantasies of the things that happened to her, and fantasized that he was the one who did it. His extensive knowledge of the case may be due to obsessive researching which led to the discovery of some facts that are not widely known. He then probably convinced himself that he did it. The media failed to be critical of the details regarding his arrest. It was not until recently when it came out that a lot of details did not make sense.
